The economy hit me hard. I thought I was going to lose everything. Kate helped me and my family a lot. We're in a newer house now at a much better interest rate and my payment is a lot lower. Very relieved to have this experience behind us.

Kate really knows about short sales

Like lots of people, my husband and I fell behind in our mortgage, and were upside down to boot. I saw one of Kate's flyers and gave her a call. Not only did she spend a lot of time explaining every option to us, she made sure to take away our panic. She gave us options and laid it all out so that we knew the ramifications of every choice. It helped that she'd been through it all in her own life.

Now, 4 months later, Kate's sold our condo and dealt with the bank on our behalf.

We came out whole, and I did not think that was possible. Kate showed us the way.
