Community open houses will be held on Thursday, December 13 to provide residents with an opportunity to learn about the plans for a natural gas fired energy facility next to San Diego Gas & Electric’s Margarita substation off Antonio Parkway.

Brief presentations will be made throughout the open houses and a question and answer period will follow each presentation. A renderings display and fact sheets will also be available.
