Some may argue that Christmas just isn’t Christmas unless there’s snow on the ground. Fortunately for Ladera Ranch residents, Christmas will have snow this year! The parking lot of the Avendale clubhouse will be transformed into a winter wonderland at the 4th Annual Old Fashioned Christmas. Real snow and sledding will be offered on December 9th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Front Street Realty and Mortgage presents Christmas in a bygone era, complete with carolers in turn-of-the-century costumes. Bring your family to play in the snow, enjoy a hot cup of coffee or cocoa and listen to the beautiful sounds of Christmas carolers.

Since this is the season to be giving, admission is free with a donation of a canned food item.
